4th Annual Hockey-Thon raises $56,742.82!

This years record drive couldn't have been possible without the hard work and
dedication of so many people. Special thanks go out to the players, management,
staff and fans of the Bakersfield Condors.
Additional thanks go out to the Fresno Falcons, the Bakersfield Ice Center as
well as the Referees, Score-keepers, and the Links for Life Volunteers who
donated their time during the Hockey-Thon weekend. Jon Hudson of Hudson
Construction and Three-Way Chevrolet are also due a major thank you for the
generous donations that purchased the jerseys. Without their help, we wouldn't
handing over $56,742.82!
Thanks and congratulations to our two honorary coaches, Andrew Firman &
Daylene Sarrett. Everyone enjoyed being on the ice with them. Lori Miller & The
Bakersfield Dragons; who raised so much and donated the food! Puck, of
course, for his enthusiasm and obsession with McCarthy's beard, and of course
Scott Hay and Paul Willett, who are still donating their time for the cause.

our efforts have helped raise awareness to breast cancer issues in our
